Dimensions & Fabrics
While all our hammocks follow a general structure for each main use, many things can be changed specifically to fit you and your needs. We offer a hammock sized to fit most body types, dimensions being 11 x 62-64” standard and as high as 12 x 68” for special orders. The standard hammocks are generally much wider and longer than off-the-shelf hammocks, the benefit of doing this is to create a much more comfortable sleeping experience, escaping any fears of falling out or not fitting. It is also a superior option for those side sleepers out there!
Another option is a choice of three types of fabric, one stretchier, sagging just a bit more than the firm to embrace your body weight, one more rigid to provide more support for your lower back, head, and feet, if your mattress is a firmer type this option may be for you! The Big Sky Blue fabric is right in between the two other options in feel and sag. All hammock fabric is 62 inches wide x 11 ft long, please contact for custom sizing.
*The image shows the firmer option with a yellow ridgeline, a key component to a hammock, a good ridgeline should sing a note when plucked if you’re laying in it, each note will be different because each hammock is slightly different, all our ridgelines are adjustable, so play your own tune!*
Softer fabric option that is stretchier, and sags just a bit more than the firmer option to the right, great for those who like just a little bit of support but also enjoy having the fabric hug you while you sleep.
